Insight Into Action

A 60 minute workshop

The business challenge with wellbeing interventions is not intention, but implementation.Wellbeing tools only translate into behaviour when employees understand what is uniquely right for them, particularly across different seasons of life, and in the context of both work and home.One-size-fits-all information rarely achieves this.It overlooks individual capacity, personal circumstances, and real working environments. This workshop addresses that gap.Participants are introduced to foundational wellbeing principles and two practical tools they can use immediately. After the session, they receive an action plan template with coaching questions that support personal reflection and team conversations. The result is not short-term motivation, but the start to growing internal wellbeing capability. The workshop is a starting point, a way to move from awareness into sustainable, self-directed practice. It is the beginning of bridging the knowing–doing gap.

About me

My name is Françoise, Founder & Emotional Wellbeing Coach at My Mindful Cards®.My passion for wellbeing grew from lived experience with emotional and physical burnout, leading to over 30 years of professional study, exploration, and practice.I previously worked as a qualified wellbeing executive coach at Network Rail, where I designed and delivered bespoke wellbeing programmes and workshops across the rail industry. This grounded my understanding of how emotional wellbeing, culture, and performance intersect within complex organisations.I bring an integrated holistic approach, drawing on emotional intelligence, executive coaching and mentoring, behavioural change, and a strong foundation in health and wellbeing. My focus is less on frameworks in isolation, and more on how people actually experience work, life, and transition in their bodies and relationships.Alongside my organisational work, I am the founder of My Mindful Cards®, a reflective tool supporting emotional awareness and connection between parents and children. This intergenerational lens informs everything I offer, recognising that how we support people at work ripples far beyond the workplace. My intention is not to fix people, but to create spaces where individuals and communities can reconnect with clarity, steadiness, and self-trust, strengthening not only personal wellbeing, but the cultures they are part of.
